MRP Diminta Bekerja Sesuai Hukum
| Jayapura, Warga Indoensia yang bermukim di perbatasan Papua Nugini (PNG) meminta Majelis Rakyat Papua (MRP) yang dilantik Mendagri H.Moh. Mu'arif, 31 Oktober lalu dapat bekerja sesuai prosedur hukum yang berlaku guna memperjuangkan hak-hak dasar orang asli Papua dalam bingkai NKRI. "MRP dipilih oleh rakyat secara langsung, maka anggota yang duduk dalam MRP dapat bekerja sesuai peraturan yang berlaku," kata Wakil Ketua II DPRD Kabupaten Keerom, Herman A.T.Yoku, Sabtu (12/11). Herman mengemukakan lembaganya selalu didatangi masyarakat yang bermukim di perbatasan PNG meminta agar MRP yang beranggotakan 42 orang dari tiga komponen yaitu lembaga agama, lembaga adat dan kelompok perempuan masing-masing 14 orang itu bekerja sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku untuk memperjuangkan hak-hak dasar orang asli Papua. jiak/abou/doma |

Indonesia: Keep Pressure on Abusive Army

(Washington, October 11, 2005)-Indonesia's failure to reform its abusive military makes it essential for the U.S. Congress to maintain its restrictions on U.S. military assistance, Human Rights Watch said today. This week, House-Senate conferees are meeting to reconcile the annual Foreign Operations Appropriations bill and to decide whether restrictions on military aid to Indonesia should remain in place. Because of the Indonesian military's long record of abuse in places such as East Timor, Aceh and Papua, Congress in 2000 placed conditions on the Foreign Military Financing (FMF) assistance package to the Indonesian military. In fiscal year 2005, the conditions included requirements that the Indonesian government:
- prosecute and punish members of the armed forces who have been credibly alleged to have committed gross violations of human rights or to have aided or abetted militia groups;
- ensure cooperation by the armed forces with civilian judicial authorities and with international efforts to resolve cases of gross violations of human rights in East Timor and elsewhere; and
- implement reforms to increase the transparency and accountability of military operations and financial management, including making publicly available audits of receipts and expenditures.
"Because President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono was elected democratically, many now wrongly believe that Indonesia's military has been reformed," said Brad Adams, Asia director at Human Rights Watch. "But it continues to be responsible for routine abuses, has failed to address past crimes and remains beyond effective civilian control."
Indonesian military officers and soldiers who commit human rights violations remain largely beyond the reach of the law. No senior Indonesian officer has been held to account for war crimes and crimes against humanity in East Timor in 1999 or other serious violations elsewhere in the archipelago. In July, an appeals court overturned all convictions in the first test-case of accountability for Suharto-era crimes, the 1984 Tanjung Priok massacre that left at least 33 civilians dead. The civilian defense minister still does not have the ability to appoint, discipline or remove officers.
Human Rights Watch called on the conferees to adopt the Senate's language for the Fiscal Year 2006 bill, which tracks most of the conditions from last year, and adds important reporting requirements to monitor credible progress on the human rights situation in Papua and Aceh, crucial to informing policymaking on Indonesia. Another Senate provision, Report on Indonesian Cooperation, section 6108, also requires a detailed report prior to the release of International Military Education and Training (IMET) for Indonesia from the Secretary of State on U.S. and Indonesian efforts to bring to justice those responsible for the ambush and murder of two U.S. citizens and an Indonesian in Papua in August 2002.
Human Rights Watch expressed concern over recent statements by Indonesian President Yudhoyono and army chief General Endriartono Sutarto calling for the reinvigoration of the territorial command structure. The territorial command structure has, in effect, made the army an occupying force instead of focusing on national defense. Public opinion surveys in Indonesia have shown that it is deeply unpopular. Efforts to reinforce the territorial command structure serve as an alarming reminder of the failure to implement serious and structural military reform.
Human Rights Watch also voiced concern over the largely unaddressed issue of the military's continued control of a vast network of legal and illegal businesses. While Indonesian legislation in 2004 requires all such business interests be divested by 2009, there are widespread doubts in Indonesia that this will happen. There are also fears that, if it does happen, the businesses might simply be transferred to entities controlled by senior military figures. Fanning fears of corruption, the military recently sold off shares in its private companies without notifying the authorities responsible for overseeing the transfer of military businesses. Human Rights Watch noted that financial transparency of the military's budget, as called for in the U.S. Senate proposal, must form the backbone of any serious reform effort.
Human Rights Watch also cautioned against a simplistic response to the recent October 1, 2005 Bali bombings and other bombings in the past three years in Indonesia. Counter-terror cooperation does not justify resumption of Foreign Military Financing and export of lethal equipment. The police, long marginalized by the military, remain the key actor in counter-terror efforts. It was the police who successfully investigated the perpetrators of the October 2002 Bali bombing and other attacks. The U.S. already has numerous options available to engage with the Indonesian government, including the military, on counterterrorism.
"This is the wrong time to let up the pressure on the Indonesian military," said Adams. "Now is the time to insist that it ends abuses against civilians, phases out the territorial structure and ends its corrupt business practices."
Supporters of military aid argue that with direct elections of the president in 2004, the stated commitment of President Yudhoyono and Defense Minister Juwono Sudarsono to reform, and the recent peace agreement in Aceh, the problems are being solved. Yet when pressed, advocates of military aid are unable to articulate how the widely recognized systemic problem of abuse is being addressed.
"Even supporters of the Indonesian military should realize that holding out the carrot of military assistance is the best way to help with military reform," said Adams. "Continued restrictions are needed to encourage structural and financial reform and accountability for serious human rights violations."

Peningkatan Tajam/Jelas dalam jumlah Korban HIV di Manokwari (Kabar ANTARA )- Banyaknya orang mencurigai menjadi pengangkut HIV di (dalam) Manokwari daerah, Jaya Irian, di Bulan September dan Agustus 2005 ditingkatkan dari 74 hingga 109, menurut data yang dikumpulkan oleh hasil pengujian jasa / pelayanan Voluntary Counseling and Testing ( VCT) Rumah sakit Regional Manokwari.
Dr Arnold, VCT manajer, menyatakan sekitar 80 hingga 109 orang telah secara positif mendiagnose seperti penderita fom HIV.
Bagaimanapun, ia berkata, nomor; jumlah bisa bertambah jauh lebih tinggi jika kebanyakan korban` keluarga-keluarga akan melaporkan kasus atau membawa mereka ke dokter atau otoritas kesehatan lokal untuk suatu pengujian.
Data dari jasa pelayanan kesehatan secara regional menunjukkan 22 sekitar itu adalah korbanHIV diantaranya pelacur, 32 housewives, 12 pegawai sipil, 8 para siswa sedang sisanya sedang bekerja seperti pengarah, pengarah asisten dan nightclub ibu rumah tangga.
Otto Parorongan, kepala kesehatan regional yang melayani, menyatakan pejabat kesehatan lokal secara terus-menerus memberi informasi kepada masyarakat tentang bahaya dari penyakit ini sebagai bagian dari kekuatan / benteng mereka untuk menyerang itu.(*)

“Total investment will amount to US$1 billion,” said Freddy Numberi, Minister of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs, at his office on Thursday (08/09).
Assurances regarding the investment were made during a recent visit made by Numberi to the People’s Republic of China (PRC) together with Vice President Jusuf Kalla.
Investment amounting to US$200 million will be made in Merauke, US$300 million in Terrnate and US$300 in Tual, with the remainder in other regions.
Numberi said that the cooperation made by the Chinese and Indonesian governments had not fully benefited
Indonesia up to now, as only issued licenses for fishing in Indonesia.
The fish are then exported abroad.

Menhut Desak Proses Hukum 10 Bupati yang Terlibat Kejahatan Kehutanan

Jakarta, Menteri Kehutanan (Menhut) mendesak Kejaksaan Agung mengusut tuntas kasus 10 bupati dan mantan bupati yang terindikasi kuat melakukan kejahatan di bidang kehutanan. Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono juga telah mengeluarkan izin pemeriksaan terhadap para bupati tersebut.
''Saat ini beberapa kasus sudah sampai pada penyelidikan dan pengumpulan bahan keterangan. Jadi memang ada beberapa kasus pelanggaran yang berpotensi merugikan negara yang diduga kuat melibatkan para bupati dan mantan bupati itu. Kita sudah minta secara resmi kepada Kejaksaan Agung supaya kasus ini cepat diselesaikan,'' kata Menhut MS Kaban di Jakarta, Senin (5/9).
Menurut Menhut, akibat ulah para kepala daerah itu, negara berpotensi mengalami kerugian puluhan miliar. Saat diminta memerinci kesepuluh bupati dan mantan bupati itu, Menhut mengaku tidak hafal satu per satu. Dia hanya menyebutkan, kesepuluh bupati dan mantan bupati tersebut, lima orang berasal dari wilayah Kalimantan, empat orang dari Sumatera, dan satu orang dari Papua.
Direktur Jendral Bina Produksi Kehutanan Dephut, Suhariyanto menambahkan, kasus-kasus yang melibatkan para kepala daerah tersebut meliputi penyelewengan setoran Dana Reboisasi dan Provisi Sumber Daya Hutan (DR-PSDH), pemberian izin pengusahaan hutan yang tidak sesuai dengan UU 41/1999 tentang Kehutanan, serta pembalakan liar (illegal logging).
''Ada setoran DR-PSDH dalam jumlah yang cukup besar yang sampai saat ini masih ditahan kepala daerah dengan berbagai alasan. Ada setoran yang mengendap di rekening bupati, dan ada juga yang digunakan untuk hal-hal lain. Padahal dana DR-PSDH itu harus disetorkan ke kas negara. Jumlahnya memang tidak sampai ratusan miliar rupiah, hanya puluhan miliar rupiah. Tapi, kita tidak melihat nominalnya. Ini adalah pelanggaran aturan dan merugikan negara. Jadi, ini yang kita tekankan,'' katanya.

Forum seeks public debate on Papua

A group of prominent figures established a forum on Tuesday to increase public participation in the efforts to resolve the problems of Papua, which has been affected by human rights abuses and secessionist sentiment for decades.
The establishment of the Papua Forum has been inspired by a lack of transparency in the way in which the government dealt with the Aceh conflict recently, the forum's deputy chairman Marzuki Darusman said.
"People feel they have been excluded by the government from the efforts to settle the Aceh problem. Now that the President has announced the government's intention of addressing the Papua issue, we hope that this forum will be capable of ensuring greater public participation," Marzuki, of the Golkar Party, said.
In his address to the Regional Representatives Council (DPD) a few weeks ago, President Susilo said that the government would now turn its attention to Papua after the peace deal with the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) to end three decades of bloodshed in the country's westernmost province.
Albert Hasibuan, who chairs the new forum, said that it had been established to show the public that the Papua issue was not the exclusive domain of Papuans and the government, but also concerned other Indonesians.
Other founders of the forum include H.S. Dillon, Sabam Siagian, Fikri Jufri, Tommy Legowo, Zoemrotin K. Susilo, Asmara Nababan, Fajrul Falaakh, Faisal Basri, Tuty Herati Nurhadi, Bara Hasibuan, Rizal Sukma, Father J. Budi Hernawan OFM, Wiryono Sastrohandoyo, Shanti Poesposoetjipto, Sjafii Maarif and Harry Tjan Silalahi.
Wiryono said Indonesians quickly unite when it comes to problems with other countries but do the opposite in response to domestic problems.
"There has also long been a mind-set that separatism must be crushed (by the use of force). It's reform time now, meaning that problems must be resolved through peaceful means," said the former diplomat, who was the government's chief negotiator during talks with GAM in 2002.
Albert said the forum planned to initiate debate on the problems of Papua and to approach them from various perspectives. The results would then be presented to the government.
Jakarta, Sabam added, must not attempt to oversimplify the problems in Papua, which he said were complicated and had persisted since the late 1940s.
The government has admitted that separatist sentiment in Papua is the result of the unfair treatment meted out by Jakarta to indigenous Papuans in the economic, political, social and security fields.
Human rights violations have been widespread in Papua, but the perpetrators have rarely been brought to book. Meanwhile, most Papuans continue to live in abject poverty despite Papua's mineral wealth.
Like Aceh, Papua has been granted special autonomy, but unlike Aceh its implementation has consistently been thwarted by Jakarta. To date, the government has yet to set up the Papuan People's Assembly (MRP), even though its establishment is mandated by law.
Through changes in the legislation, the government has ensured that if and when it is set up, the MRP, which is supposed to have a say in the political, social and economic affairs of the province, will serve as little more than a cultural talking shop.
Separately in Jayapura, tribal leader Seblum Werbabkay called on the Papua administration, the Papua General Elections Commission (KPUD) and the Papua provincial council to hold a gubernatorial election after the establishment of the MRP.
He said it was the MRP that had the power to determine those eligible to contest the election under the Papuan Special Autonomy Law (No. 21/2001).
"Otherwise, it may spark conflict," Seblum said.
The Papua issue recently came to the fore again following the questioning in the U.S. of Indonesia's sovereignty over Papua in the 2006-2007 foreign relations authorization bill, which has been passed by the U.S. House of Representatives and is now at the committee stage in the Senate.

JAKARTA, Sept. 3 (Xinhuanet) -- An Indonesian rescue team has confirmed that six people were killed after a police helicopter crashed into a jungle in West Sumatra province, local press reported Saturday.
The helicopter was flying in a bad weather and caught fire before it crashed into the forest on Thursday, The Jakarta Post newspaper reported.
Co-pilot Sen. Insp. Asep was the only survivor in the accident. He was found by the rescue team when crawling out of the jungle for help with severe knee injury.
Meanwhile, the Antara news agency reported that the evacuation process has been hampered by bad weather.
The rescue team resumed the evacuation Saturday morning.
Carrying six middle-ranking police officers and a journalist, the ill-fated MI-2 helicopter crashed when it was on the way to the West Sumatra capital of Padang after inspecting forest fires in South Solok regency.
Witnesses said they heard explosion before the helicopter went down, Antara said.
The accident is the second involving police plane this year, after a Cassa 212 airplane nosed-dived into an estuary meters in front of Sarmi Airport in Papua province, killing 15 people. Enditem

Presiden RI mengakui salah dalam penerapan Otonomi Khusus
Ternyata orang pertama RI ini mengakui atas tidak berjalannya Otomoni Khusus di Papua, ada apa, kenapa, apa yang Masyarakat Papua mereka mau seharusnya di teliti dulu, jangan asal dikasih sementara adat dan budaya serta kebiasaan masyarakat yang homogen ini. Lagi-lagi Orang Nomor 01 RI ini massih mengakui keberadaan Propinsi Papua, secara hukum dari Mahkamah Konstitusi dinyatakan tidak berlaku lagi. Ada info yang diliris oleh koran Media Indonesia tentang Propinsi Irian Jaya Barat, barangkali ini enak disimak, karena ingin melakukan Pilkada ternyata hanya karena ketidakpuasan atas kepemimpinan Bapak Salosa ini. Lihat dan baca saja beberapa kata-kata yang diucapkan.
Yang saya menilai adalah bolehlah jadi nasionalisme Indonesia tapi jangan lupa daratan, ketika saudara sampai di daratan keluargamu tidak menerimamu, jangan bernangis, tanyalah pada dirimu ? Karena saudara lebih mementingkan duit daripada tanah leluhurmu. Cara membangu Papua bukan menjual orangtuamu artinya masyarakatmu Ok, dulu yah kita akan kembali setelah pesan-pesan berikut ?

Presiden: Tak Ada Manipulasi Sejarah di Papua

Jakarta, Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono menyatakan, tidak ada satu hal pun dalam hukum internasional yang dapat meragukan keabsahan Papua sebagai bagian dari wilayah kedaulatan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI).
Menurut kepala daerah, sejarah Papua sebagai bagian dari NKRI sangat jelas. Sejak berunding dengan Belanda, mulai Perjanjian Linggarjati hingga KMB tidak pernah luput agenda pembicaraan pengembalian Irian Barat (Papua) sebagai wilayah Indonesia.
Presiden menambahkan, tidak satu pun program kabinet di zaman revolusi dan zaman demokrasi parlementer yang tidak mencantumkan pengembalian Irian Barat ke pangkuan Ibu Pertiwi. "Tidak ada manipulasi sejarah yang perlu diluruskan, dunia menjadi saksi setiap perundingan pengembalian Irian Barat hingga terlaksananya Pepera (Penentuan Pendapat Rakyat) di bawah pengawasan PBB tahun 1969," ujar presiden saat menyampaikan pidato kenegaraan di Gedung DPR/MPR, Senayan, Jakarta, Selasa (16/8).
"PBB telah mengakui hasil Pepera dan sampai hari ini tidak pernah mempersoalkannya, dengan demikian dilihat dari sudut hukum internasional, tidak ada yang perlu diragukan mengenai keabsahan Papua, sebagai bagian integral wilayah kedaulatan NKRI," tambah kepala negara.
Pemerintah menyatakan akan menuntaskan permasalahan di Papua secara damai dengan mengedepankan dialog dan pendekatan persuasif. "Masalah di Papua adalah masalah dalam negeri kita sendiri, kita menolak campur tangan asing dalam menyelesaikannya," demikian Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

During a bombing raid on a base on Biak, off the New Guinea coast, a bomb hit a tent behind Petro's tent, and 63 people were killed in that raid, he said.
Gerry Blaney of Wharton Township was a tail gunner on a B-29 and flew in 23 missions over Japan. He said he believes that dropping the atomic bombs was a better alternative than invading Japan.
"We had enough trouble in Iwo Jima. We would have lost thousands if we invaded Japan," Blaney said.
He said most troops believed that an Allied invasion of Japan was likely and that it would have been a difficult fight based on their experiences with the Japanese at places like Iwo Jima.
"Everywhere we went they were dug in. The only way to get them out was to burn them out. We lost a lot of soldiers in the Pacific."
Blaney said the results of bombing missions over Japan were comparable to the results of the atomic bombs.
"One raid on Tokyo probably killed as many as an atom bomb," Blaney said. "Two hundred planes dropping bombs and burning the city did the same thing."
He said he was returning to his base on Guam from a night bombing run over Tokyo when Japan surrendered.
"The war was over 15 minutes before we landed in Guam," Blaney said.

Pengusaha Pendulangan Emas Belum Setor Kewajibannya ke Kas Daerah

NABIRE - Berdasarkan Perda No 14 Tahun 2003 tentang pertambangan, maka Dinas Pertambangan telah mengeluarkan Surat Ijin Pendulangan Emas (SIPE ) kepada 20 pengusaha emas berskala kecil dan sudah mulai bekerja di lokasi pendulangan emas di Siriwo.
Menurut Kepala Dinas Pertambangan Nabire, Achmad Fabanyo mengatakan bahwa pengurusan SIPE untuk 14 pengusaha selesai bulan Maret 2005 lalu, 1 pengusaha bulan April 2005 dan 5 pengusaha lainnya Juni 2005 lalu. Namun, kewajiban mereka yakni iuran produksi emas sebesar 10 persen dengan klasifikasi kategori A sebanyak 4 kg dengan nilai jual Rp 40 juta, kategori B sebanyak 3 Kg dengan nilai jual Rp 30 juta dan kategori C sebanyak 2 kg dengan nilai jual Rp 20 juta per bulan hingga saat ini belum terealisasi.
"Iuran produksi emas sebesar 10 persen sampai saat ini belum terealisasi, padahal kami sudah kirim surat tagihan kepada para pengusaha emas yang mempunyai SIPE, sedangkan klasifikasi ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah alat dan tenaga yang dipakai untuk mendulang emas," ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, untuk penyetoran iuran produksi emas ini bisa langsung dilakukan pengusaha ke kas daerah atau melalui Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Nabire.
Achmad mengatakan jika para pengusaha tidak membayar sampai dengan batas waktu yang ditentukan maka pihaknya akan mengenakan sanksi sesuai dengan Perda No 14 Tahun 2003 pasal 22 yakni denda sebesar 5 persen atau mencabut ijinnya.
Padahal, lanjutnya, kalau iuran produksi emas sebesar 10 persen dibayarkan sampai saat ini bisa mencapai Rp 4,5 Miliar terhitung hingga 1 Maret 2005, sehingga dana sebesar itu tertanam." Ini baru pada iuran produksi emas, belum termasuk pajak dan sumbangan sukarela," terangnya.
Ditambahkan, pihaknya akan tetap menagih pengusaha emas yang belum membayar tersebut. " Umumnya mereka sudah menikmati hasil usahanya itu, namun kewajibannya untuk membayar iuran hingga saat ini belum dilaksanakan," terangnya. (jon/bat)

AS Tak Dukung Upaya Pemisahan Papua Dari RI

| New York, Amerika Serikat (AS)tidak akan mendukung setiap upaya yang mencoba memisahkan Papua dari Republik Indonesia. Pernyataan Deplu AS yang disiarkan dari Washington DC, Jumat (29/7), itu sebagai tanggapan atas munculnya selebaran yang konon berasal dari seorang senator AS yang mempertanyakan keabsahan Penentuan Pendapat Rakyat (Pepera) pada 1969 yang menegaskan kepada dunia bahwa Papua merupakan wilayah NKRI. Menurut Deplu AS, berkaitan dengan masalah separatisme di Indonesia, AS tetap mendukung integritas teritorial wilayah Negara Kesatuan RI (NKRI). "AS tidak mendukung ataupun memaafkan setiap upaya mempromosikan pemisahan Papua dari RI," tulis pernyataan yang disampaikan juru bicara Deplu AS Sean McCormack. AS, katanya, yakin bahwa pelaksanaan reformasi politik dan ekonomi berupa diberlakukannya Otonomi Khusus bagi Papua dengan tetap dalam NKRI merupakan kunci untuk menjawab berbagai persoalan, termasuk masalah HAM. Pembicaraan di AS berkaitan dengan masalah Papua kembali muncul baru-baru ini setelah adanya Rancangan Undang-Undang (RUU) 2601 yang memuat masalah Papua. RUU itu sendiri telah disetujui Kongres AS beberapa hari lalu dengan perbandingan suara 315 versus 78. Termasuk di dalam RUU itu (section 1115) adanya kewajiban menteri luar negeri AS untuk melapor kepada Kongres tentang efektivitas otonomi khusus Papua dan keabsahan Penentuan Pendapat Rakyat (Pepera) 1969. Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono yang sedang berada di China juga memperingatkan pihak-pihak di AS untuk tidak campur tangan pada masalah dalam negeri Indonesia, khususnya yang menyangkut soal Papua sehubungan adanya bahan tertulis yang mempertanyakan Pepera di Papua tahun 1969. Yudhoyono mengaku telah membaca salinan bahan tertulis dari apa yang telah dirumuskan oleh Kongres AS yang mempertanyakan Pepera. Presiden berharap hal itu tidak mengganggu hubungan RI-AS karena ketika dirinya berkunjung di Washington DC Mei lalu, AS juga sudah menegaskan dukungannya terhadap keutuhan wilayah Indonesia, termasuk di dalamnya soal Aceh dan Papua. Mengenai Aceh, Deplu AS dalam pernyataan Jumat (29/7) kembali menyatakan dukungan upaya perdamaian yang dilakukan pemerintah RI dengan kelompok separatis GAM. Mampukah EKonomi Kerakyatan Kabupaten Nabire - Papua di Dobrak ?
Baru beberapa hari yang lalu secara resmi di tutup SIdang RAPBD. Berarti secara logika manusia dapat dipikir bahwa masyarakat Kabupaten Nabire sedang menantikan Pembangunan. Bukan omong kosong belaka, bukan ucapan di bibir, sekarang masyarakat sedang menantikan realitanya.
Sementara itu sehabis SIdang RAPBD ditutup para pejabat Teras Kabupaten Nabire menyerbu Ibukota Negera, ada apa dibalik itu menjadi tanda tanya, untuk apa , buat apa, dan kepentingan untuk siapa ? Para pejabat Kabupaten Nabire - Papua rame-rame ke Jakarta ? Kita tunggu informasi secara akurat setelah ada pertemuan dengan para pejabat dari Kabupaten Nabire - Papua pada waktu yang akan datang.

Percumakah Dana APBD untuk Nabire - Papua
Setelah selesai melaksanakan Sidang APBD Kabupaten Nabire Tahun 2005/2006 para Pejabat Teras Kabupaten Nabire masih berkeliaran di Jakarta tanpa alasan yang jelas. Setelah saya melakukan koordinasi dengan seseorang yang merupakan informan di Nabire memberitahukan bahwa semua pajabat baik DPRD, Bupati Bappeda (penyusun program, Penyusun ANggaraan) dan lain sebagainya sedang berada di Jakarta dan akan kembali ke Nabire - Papua tidak sempat diutarakan oleh Informan di Nabire.
Bagaimana dengan pendapat saudara sekalian terutama bagi para pelajar dan mahasiswa yang sedang berada di luar Papua terutama bagi saudara sekalian yang yang sedang membutuhkan uluran tangan dari Pemda Kabupaten Nabire.
Silhkan tangkapan saudara kami sangat butuhkan, bagi yang melihat dan megunjungi sitsu ini.

Pejabat Kab. Nabire Kebanjiran di Jakarta
Setelah penutupan Sidang RAPBD Kabupaten Nabire Tahun Ajaran 2005/2006 Pejabat Teras Pemda Kabupaten Nabire berkeanjiran di Jakarta ? Kedatangan pejabat ini untuk mengurusi apa, selanjutnya apa yang diberikan kepada masyarakat di Nabire masih tanya ?
Kedatangan mereka ini hanya menghabiskan uang rakyat yang baru selesai penutupan SIdang RAPBD. Beberapa mahasiswa sempat mendatangi ke tempat hotel mereka mengingat tapi hasil nihil.
Untuk sementara ini saja yang lapor semoga saudara tidak bosan untuk membaca dan mengunjungi di situs ini.

Tanpa Sebab Anggota KPUD Kabupaten Nabire - Papua di Pukul oleh Oknum PNS
Tanpa Alasan yang jelas Anggota KPUD Kabupaten Nabire - Papua Bapak Alpius Petege di aniyaiya oleh Oknum Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) namanya Paul Mote PNS Kejaksaan Negeri Nabire. Tidak jelas motif pemukulan terhadap Anggota KPUD tersebut. Sumber Informasi yang sama di dapat pada hari Minggu tanggal 24 Juli 2005. Maka kejadiannya bisa diperkirakan satu atau dua yang lalu. Apakah pemukulan ini sedang diselidiki oleh pihak yang berwajib atau tidak masih tanda tanya ?
Kehormatan dan pakaian dinas KPUD Kabupaten Nabire menjadi runtuh, karena secara tidak langsung telah mencoreng Nama KPUD Kabupaten Nabire.
Semoga pihak yang berwajib segera menangani masalah tersebut dan diperlakukan sesuai jalur hukum yang berlaku di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI)
Kejadian ini bisa diperkirakan bahwa ada penyakit sakit atau luka lama yang tersimpan dan terselubung dihati yang palimh dalam yang berhubungan dengan beberapa kejadian yang menimpa beberpa Pejabat Jajaran Pemda Kabupaten Nabire ? May be (barangkali begitu bukan? Kita tunggu informasi selanjutnya.
